1. Member Tags

ORSA club members will be distributed a magnetic player tag and tag holder (one per unique ORSA registration) to be used between any ORSA run clubs. Tags and the tag holder will be distributed on the first night you attend and at the start of the season. New tags will not be given out for each club or season.

Players are responsible for bringing the tag to the scheduled ORSA playing session, taking it back home, and keeping it in proper condition.

ORSA members are encouraged to decorate and customize their tags within reason and adhering to the below rules:

• Do not make the tag larger in width or height
• Do not alter or obscure the display of the player name

Example:

Lost and broken tags can be replaced at a cost of $5 with an e-transfer sent to payments@theorsa.ca including the comment "[Club] - [Your Name] - Replacement tag".

Replacement tags will be brought to the next session after receiving the replacement tag e-transfer.

ORSA club managers will have spare white blank tags that can be used in the short term when players have misplaced their tags but cannot be used for multiple sessions.

2. Club Rotation and Board

• The player tag at the top of the queue (top-left) can pick their 4-player group from the top 10 players waiting in the queue (outlined in red).
• The 4-player group moves to the first empty court if available or else would be moved On Deck to wait for the next available court.
• When a game is completed, player tags on the completed court are moved to the bottom of the queue. The first group On Deck is moved to the available court and the rest of the groups On Deck are moved up one spot.
• Club members are encouraged to announce both the new 4-player group going on to the courts and the court number. This is to help facilitate rotations and ensure the smooth transition between players going on and off the court.
• We ask that players mix up with other club members and to not play more than 3 games in a row with the same group.

3. Guest Drop-ins

Guests can only attend an ORSA scheduled session after filling out the ORSA guest registration form and sending the guest fee to payments@theorsa.ca. When ORSA management receives the funds, we will confirm the guest attendance.

Guest applications do not guarantee attendance as it is determined by member attendance and availability. ORSA clubs are for its members first.

Guests who are interested in membership are encouraged to apply to the waitlist and to attend their interested club first as a guest to familiarize themselves with the club and ORSA management.

4. Waitlist and Registration

Approvals for both waitlist and registrations will have a 7-day timer for applicants to complete registration which includes sending the club membership fees before their spot is forfeited and removed from the ORSA database.

Once removed, applicants would have to submit back to the waitlist to be considered for future spots within their interested ORSA club.

Waitlists are purged at the start of the corresponding season and the new waitlist will be used for the following season.
